2. Returns Conditions

- In original condition, unused and unopened.
- Must be returned in the original packaging.

If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, a refund may not be possible.

4. Return Shipping Costs
The costs for returning a product are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In that case we will bear the return costs.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and approve your returned product, we will process the refund to the original payment method. This may take several business days, depending on your payment provider.
- The full purchase price will be refunded, including VAT, but excluding shipping costs (unless the product was defective upon receipt).
- If you have used a discount code or promotion, the amount refunded may be adjusted based on the value of the discount.
6. Exceptions

- Products that have been specially adapted or custom-made for you upon request.
- Products that are visibly used or damaged upon receipt.
7. Unwanted or delayed returns
We recommend that you package your return securely and use a traceable shipping method to prevent loss or damage during the return process. EARTHPULSE® is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
